Job Overview

We are looking for a talented and motivated Litigation Solicitor with a minimum of three years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) to join our dynamic legal team in London. This role is ideal for a confident litigator with strong analytical abilities and a passion for achieving successful outcomes for clients across a variety of legal disputes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload involving civil disputes, contractual issues, and property litigation.
• Oversee all stages of litigation, from initial case assessment and pre-trial preparation to court representation.
• Draft and review key legal documents, including pleadings, witness statements, and settlement agreements.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research and prepare well-reasoned reports and advice.
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and negotiations.
• Lead settlement discussions and utilise Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) when suitable.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and case management.
• Collaborate with colleagues on complex matters and provide strategic input as required.
• Stay abreast of legislative and procedural developments relevant to litigation.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with a minimum of 3 years PQE in litigation.
• Solid knowledge of UK litigation processes, court rules, and dispute resolution mechanisms.
• Demonstrated skills in negotiation, advocacy, and legal drafting.
• Ability to manage multiple cases independently while supporting team collaboration.
• A track record of achieving strong results in dispute resolution and litigation.
