About the Role

We are currently recruiting Male Support Workers to provide high-quality, person-centred care within a supported living environment. This role involves delivering 1:1 support to individuals with Autism, Learning Disabilities, and Challenging Behaviour, promoting independence and daily living skills.


Vacancies

  • 5 × Male Support Workers

Shift Patterns

  • 8:00am – 8:00pm
  • 8:00pm – 8:00am (Wake Nights)
  • 8:00am – 10:00pm (Sleep-in 10:00pm – 8:00am)

Start Date

  • Induction begins: 05 January 2025

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 support tailored to individual needs
  • Assist with personal care and daily living skills (DLS)
  • Support positive behaviour and community activities
  • Encourage independence and meaningful engagement

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience supporting individuals with Autism, Learning Disabilities, and Challenging Behaviour
  • Supported Living experience preferred
  • Driving licence essential
  • Physically fit for walking and active daily routines

Interviews

  • Stage 1: Remote interview
  • Stage 2: In-person or Microsoft Teams
