About the Role
We are currently recruiting Male Support Workers to provide high-quality, person-centred care within a supported living environment. This role involves delivering 1:1 support to individuals with Autism, Learning Disabilities, and Challenging Behaviour, promoting independence and daily living skills.

Shift Patterns
- 8:00am – 8:00pm
- 8:00pm – 8:00am (Wake Nights)
- 8:00am – 10:00pm (Sleep-in 10:00pm – 8:00am)
Start Date
- Induction begins: 05 January 2025

Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 support tailored to individual needs
- Assist with personal care and daily living skills (DLS)
- Support positive behaviour and community activities
- Encourage independence and meaningful engagement
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience supporting individuals with Autism, Learning Disabilities, and Challenging Behaviour
- Supported Living experience preferred
- Driving licence essential
- Physically fit for walking and active daily routines
