As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a crucial role in managing reservations, handling inquiries, and ensuring a seamless booking experience. Key Responsibilities
Respond to reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms with professionalism and efficiency.
Provide detailed information on accommodation options, availability, rates, and special offers.
Process bookings, changes, and cancellations accurately through the property’s reservation system.
Recommend suitable options tailored to guests’ needs to enhance their stay experience.
Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth guest arrivals and service coordination.
Requirements
Females only (as per company policy).
Previous experience in reservations, customer service, or hospitality (preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
Proficiency in reservation software and Microsoft Office (preferred).
