About the Role

We are currently recruiting Support Workers (Male & Female) to provide high-quality, person-centred care within supported living services. The role involves delivering 1:1 support to individuals with Autism, Learning Disabilities, and Challenging Behaviour, helping them maintain independence and engage in daily life.

• 2 × Male Support Workers

Shift Patterns

• 8:00am – 8:00pm
• 8:00pm – 8:00am (Wake Nights)
• 8:00am – 10:00pm (Sleep-in 10:00pm – 8:00am)

Start Date

• Induction begins: 05 January 2025

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support tailored to individual needs
• Assist with personal care and daily living skills (DLS)
• Support positive behaviour and daily routines
• Encourage independence and community engagement

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience supporting individuals with Autism, Learning Disabilities, and Challenging Behaviour
• Supported Living experience preferred
• Driving licence essential

• Stage 1: Remote interview
• Stage 2: Microsoft Teams (for candidates outside the Plymouth area)
