About the Role

We are currently recruiting Support Workers (Male & Female) to deliver person-centred care for individuals requiring 1:1 support. The role involves supporting people with Autism, Learning Disabilities, and Challenging Behaviour, helping them live independently and engage in daily activities.

Shift Patterns

• 8:00am – 8:00pm
• 8:00pm – 8:00am (Wake Nights)
• 8:00am – 10:00pm (Sleep-in 10:00pm – 8:00am)

Start Date

• Induction begins: 05 January 2025

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support tailored to individual needs
• Assist with personal care and daily living skills (DLS)
• Support behaviour management and positive routines
• Encourage independence and active participation

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience supporting individuals with Autism, Learning Disabilities, and Challenging Behaviour
• Driving licence essential
• Physically fit for active support
