Hollborn Recruitment Ltd – Cancellation and Refund Policy
Effective from the date of signing. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds for all services offered by Hollborn Recruitment Ltd. This policy is in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982, and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (the “Regulations”).
Requesting a Cancellation: Any cancellation request must be submitted using our official cancellation form.
14-Day Cancellation Period (For Consumers):
If you have purchased products or services but have not yet received or accessed them, you may cancel your order within fourteen (14) days of your purchase for a full refund.
If you have received products or services but have not yet logged in or accessed your account, you may cancel within fourteen (14) days for a full refund.
If you have received products or services and have logged in or accessed your account, you forfeit your right to cancel within the 14-day period under the Regulations. You will be legally liable for the full amount agreed upon in your contract.
Cancellation After 14 Days: We cannot process any cancellations once the initial fourteen (14) day period has expired.
Job Offer During Service Delivery: If you receive a job offer during the training or recruitment process, you will no longer be eligible for a partial or full refund.
Unsuccessful Payments: If your installment payments are unsuccessful, your access to the service will be stopped. No refund or cancellation will be issued.
Termination by the Company: No refunds will be provided if your services are terminated by Hollborn Recruitment Ltd due to:
Unsuccessful or missed payments.
Repeated unresponsiveness.
Dishonesty or unprofessional conduct.
Breach of UK law or agreed service terms.
Withdrawal by Candidate: If you voluntarily withdraw before completion, you may forfeit any payments made. Refund decisions in such cases are at the sole discretion of Hollborn Recruitment Ltd.
Services Already Rendered: Refunds will not include costs for services already provided, such as CV creation, interview coaching, or training, as per UK law.
Refund eligibility and conditions will be determined strictly in accordance with the terms of the signed agreement between Hollborn Recruitment Ltd and the client. Specific program details, fees, or refund amounts are outlined in the agreement and are not repeated within this policy.
To request a refund where applicable, you must submit a written request via email or post. Your request must include your full name and the reason for the request, and must be made within the eligible refund timelines stated in your signed agreement.
