Job Overview

We are seeking 20 motivated and technically skilled IT Support Engineers to provide first-line and second-line technical support for Nike’s retail and office environments across multiple locations. This role is ideal for candidates with proven IT support experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support to end users (in-person, phone, and remote).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Support POS (Point of Sale) systems, payment devices, and in-store IT equipment.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
  • Escalate unresolved technical problems to higher-level support teams.
  • Document all support activities and resolutions in the ticketing system.
  • Ensure all IT equipment is functioning effectively and updated regularly.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with store managers and team members.

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical engineering roles.
  • Knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, and basic networking.
  • Experience with POS systems and retail IT setups (desirable).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to travel to different store locations if required.
