Job Overview
Hollborn Recruitment is seeking two compassionate and patient Live-in Carers to provide companionship and support to a male client with autism. This role focuses on emotional support, daily assistance, and fostering a comfortable and engaging environment.
This is a live-in position offering a structured work pattern of 3 weeks on and 3 weeks off, allowing a balanced schedule. Accommodation and meals will be provided during working weeks.

Key Responsibilities
✔ Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities.
✔ Assist with daily routines and light household tasks.
✔ Encourage social interaction and promote independence.
✔ Offer reassurance and a structured, calming presence.
✔ Communicate effectively with family members or care teams as needed.
Requirements
✅ Female candidates only (as per client preference).
✅ Experience working with individuals with autism (preferred).
✅ Patient, understanding, and empathetic nature.
✅ Ability to create a safe and supportive environment.
✅ Right to work in the UK.
✅ DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
